Jon's Breakfast Pizza

6-8 pieces of bread
1 sausage roll (whatever kind you like)
shredded cheese (8 oz or 1 cup)
2 cups milk
6-7 eggs
salt and pepper to taste
1&1/2 tsp. dry mustard

In a greased 13X9 pan pull apart bread slices to be small chunks in order to cover a single layer of bread on the bottom of the pan. In a large skillet brown sausage, drain the fat. Then spread sausage on top of the bread layer. Sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese over sausage. Mix milk, eggs, salt, pepper, and dry mustard in a separate bowl. Mix well until you can't see any of the whites or yellows of eggs. Pour mixture over the bread, sausage, cheese layers. Cover and place in refridgerator overnight or for about 8 hours. When you are ready to cook the pizza, heat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 45 minutes.
