Sweet Potato Fries

First my roommate made me some.
And then I made me some.
And now I addicted.

And if you need to make you some...here's how:

Mix in a bag: Olive Oil with Seasoned Salt & Pepper as seasoning.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes however you'd like.
Put sweet potato pieces in the bag and shake.
You want the seasoning to cover it but not smother it.
Bake at 425 degrees on cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.

Delish. Enjoy!
