1 pkg. Oreo cookies finely crushed
1 pkg. (8oz) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
Mix 3 cups of the cookie crumbs and the cream cheese until well blended. Shape into 1-inch balls.
Dip balls in melted chocolate; place on wax paper

And then I made me some.
And now I addicted.
And if you need to make you some...here's how:
Mix in a bag: Olive Oil with Seasoned Salt & Pepper as seasoning.
Peel and cut sweet potatoes however you'd like.
Put sweet potato pieces in the bag and shake.
You want the seasoning to cover it but not smother it.
Bake at 425 degrees on cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes.
Delish. Enjoy!
1& 1/2 cups rotini pasta uncooked
1 small bunch broccoli, cut into florets
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/2 cup chicken broth
2 oz (1/4 of 8 oz pkg) cream cheese, cubed
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
2 Tbsp grated parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375. Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, adding broccoli for the last 3 min.
Meanwhile, heat large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes or until no longer pink, stirring frequently. Stir in broth; simmer 3 min. or until chicken is done. Add cream cheese; cook adn stir on low heat 1 min. or until melted. Stir in 1/2 cup mozzarella.
Drain pasta and broccoli. Add chicken mix; mix lightly. Spoon into 8 inch square baking dish; cover. Bake 15 min or until heated. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake uncovered 3 min or until cheese is melted. Let stand 5 min.

1 cup oil
1 cup La Choy soy sauce
2 cups 7-Up
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
12 small turkey breasts (or if you are using chicken 6-7 large chicken breasts)
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl (or large ziploc bag) and marinade for at least 12 hours stirring (or shaking) occasionally. Then barbecue on your grill.

Ingredients:
2 spice cake mixes (18 oz. each)
1 large can of pumpkin (29 oz.)
1 bag of chocolate chips (12 oz. bag)
Directions:
Mix the cake mixes and pumpkin together. Then add chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 for 14 minutes.
That's it...can't get too much easier than that!

Oil and Vinegar dressing:
Mix all ingredients below together in a sealable jar. Marinade overnight, shaking periodically.
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 &1/2 cup virgin olive oil (I use light virgin olive oil)
1/2 cup sugar
1&1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp dried mustard
1&1/2 tbsp diced green onion
1 tbsp poppy seeds
1 small red onion diced
To prepare the salad you will need a bunch of romaine lettuce and a bag of spinach leaves
Mix salad together
Add fresh:
grated swiss cheese (to your liking)
bacon bits
sliced mushrooms
